Unlike many group processes, the practice does not focus on thought or emotion. It focuses on intuition and immediate felt sense experience. These skills are helpful for attachment healing and increasing interpersonal awareness. Many programs talk about energetics or philosophy as abstract concepts but don’t teach through lived experience. We will not tell you what to think or believe.
